Crystal Hadnott

Sr. Associate

Crystal D. Hadnott brings over twelve years of experience in the public, corporate, and non-profits sector. She is Principal Consultant of Hadnott Consulting & Associates, a full service consulting firm, which represented clients in the political, non-profits, and small business arenas across the nation.

Prior to Hadnott Consulting & Associates, Crystal worked on over twenty political campaigns on the local, county, state, and national levels. Crystal Hadnott has also served as a precinct judge and election judge for the Harris County in the State of Texas. Outside of the national area, she has traveled as far Gambia, West Africa and served a delegate in the Model African Union.

Crystal can be heard on the airways on Saturdays from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM on Dialogue with Ada on KROI, 92.1 FM as a Political Strategist. She has several publications in professional journals and has written many articles featured in newspapers. She has also presented research at conferences nationwide.

Crystal is an active member of the American Association of University Professors, American Society for Public Administration, Houston Area Urban League, Women Professionals in Government, National Forum for Public Administration, and Houston Citizens Chamber of Commerce. She serves on the Advisory Boards of the American Heart Association and Planned Parenthood.

Crystal has a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science, a Masters of Public Administration with a concentration in Public Policy, and currently pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Political Science.
